Okay so here's the story....
Tsunade and Jiraiya, two of the legendary sannin's, were drunk one night. They went to one of their homes and.... ya' know. Anyways they made out. The very next day Tsunade was pregnant. After a few days later Tsunade gave birth to twins, One girl and one boy, on the very same day as the Kyuubi was released.
When the Kyuubi stabbed The fourth and his wife. The fourth quickly did some hand signs and teleported the twins to a different universe.
a few years later the twins suddenly come back to the Ninja world and reunite with their parents.
