A world where dragons and dragon shifters exist. Humans are out of the equation living in a different realm, but what happens when a human, or so it seems, enters the dragon realm?

Humanity stands on the brink of extinction. Protected by a great but impermanent barrier, the inhabitants of Hope Garden prepare to fight against the coming onslaught. How long do they have before the barrier fails? Nobody knows, but once it does, they will have to fight for their lives, or humanity will become extinct. - - - Note: I'm primarily a gay-themed writer, so assume all stories will include LGBT content/characters. I'm still quite new to Wattpad, so if a story doesn't have any new updates, please follow, share, vote, comment, and add so that I know there's interest. After coming home from school one afternoon, Haylee Oak discovers her dead father in her bloodied mother's arms. Her mother utters one word and with that one word she runs into the woods as men start to chase her. The woods is a secretive place, was running into the woods the best choice?
