A little later he still can't believe it himself, Nigel runs into her again - this time arguing with her and then some days later resolve his differences with her when he meets her once more in his sister's room. Eventually, Annika and Nigel get to know each other over the days but even though their friendship is perfect, it has some devastating imperfections of which one is a secret that will be hard to swallow when told. *Story will get updated every Sunday and Thursday. I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same. Midnight walks through my neighborhood will never be the same. Field parties with bonfires and loud music will never be the same. I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of. The young teen falls into a deep depression after the loss of his mother and becomes lost in the weeks following her death. His only rays of happiness are his baby sister, Leyva and music, both of which still don't manage to make him any more happy than he has been since his loss. Soon after these tragic events, Darius meets a girl at the oddest of times named Bryn. Bryn soon becomes his largest shimmer of hope and happiness and pulls him out of his dark depression. She helps Darius over come his mother's death and find helpful ways to avoid falling back into the depression, which in turn opens up new career paths for him. Two months after the two meet and become friends, they then become a couple. Darius' life then takes a horrible turn yet again as Bryn falls severely ill. Darius stays with her for the months that follow the sickness that traps her. Darius soon must face the choice of moving on from yet another loss, or falling back into the depression he had found after his mother's death.
