Lavender lost her familyy for reasons she hates to explain. Now she has to live with that thought like a cloud over her that follows her everywhere. She has this kind of power where she can produce fire and it doesn't burn her, her friend with benefits also has a power, he can control water. The one person that did survive is Lavender's littler sister, Avery. The only problem with this is, she is the rotten apple of the family and has a few powers of her own that are stronger then anyone's. Avery starts a natural diaster outside of her school and escapes their clutch on her and disappears. Right after that happens the only person Lavender considers a family member after that is offered a new job at a different school. So, Lavender is stuck at some school where everyone (Laura) talks way too much about how Lavender killed her family with a new principle. One good thing, a few new boys show up at the school at befriend Danial and her... Coincidence that all of this is happening at the same time? Highly unlikely.
