Ruby-May is fat. Her family have sent her to the feeding clinic to try to morph her into the shape a regular human is designed to be. Chris is not fat, he's thin, too thin. He's covered himself in colourful tattoos to hide his real problems. They find themselves paired together in the feeding clinic in the hope that they can save each other.
