Victoria McIntyre isn't your average addict. She had come from a good home with two good foster parents in a nice, although rather pricey, neighborhood. Smart, brilliant, and energetic, this young girl excelled in academics and sports from a very young age and all through high school her above average performance offered her a promising future. Fast forward  to a humble apartment, a job in a PR firm, and a college degree from Columbia University, and only now is this gifted young lady realizing the one thing she doesn't have: a birth father who makes good choices. 
   Victoria learns that her birth father is being held hostage in South America for money he owes drug lords that he fails to pay back.
