Falling is painful. Why? Of course, you fell. It's normal to feel pain after falling. Have you ever known anyone who fell and actually enjoyed it? Do you know someone who wanted to fall in the first place? Maybe the only time falling wouldn't hurt is, if you were certain that there is a person who would be there to catch you.
But, what if there is no one? I guess, if you truly love someone, maybe you will find a way to numb yourself. You convince yourself that the pain is worth it, because when you're in love, every tear, every bruise feels like part of the journey.
Lesley isn't your typical "promdi" girl. She's a bit of a spoiled brat, but she carries it with an undeniable grace. She's kind, but her presence can be intimidating.
