Paradise in the Stars (On Hold, Sorry)

"So Ash, what's your paradise?" Talon asks, turning his head toward mine.

I stare at the heavens, at the wonderful, little stars, twinkling overhead. It's funny how something can be there for a second and then be gone the next, but then, somehow, return to life, like it had never left. The stars, they entwine themselves into the dark sky, making the world a little less menacing for a few hours. When the sun rises, they don't really leave, they just hide away in their secret world until we are ready for them again. If we saw the stars all the time, we would eventually get board of them, just like we get board of doing things over and over again. I'm glad that we don't see them all the time, for every time the stars come out, a little happiness can come from them.

I turn away and look at him before replying, waiting for just the right moment. "You know Talon..." I pause and lean my head to whisper in his ear, my eyes snapping closed and a slight smile appearing upon my lips, "It might just be the stars."

Taking advantage of this once in a life opportunity, adventure seeking Ash meets quiet and mysterious Talon. Will Talon be able to handle this bubbly, crazy girl, or will she give him a run for his money? As things get more and more exciting, Talon realizes that there is more to this ecstatic girl than meets the eye.

Secrets will be revealed, hearts will be broken, stories will be written, and most importantly... Will Ash find her paradise?
