Lily finds herself lost after her very first visit from the psychotic clown we all know to belong in the Creepypasta world. Laughing Jack has visited her in a dream when Lily was only fourteen, and now he is back at her wonderful age of twenty-two to complete his 'unfinished business'. However, he finds himself trapped with this strange feeling in which he cannot explain.

Now he travels around the nearby cities, cutting out and then eating the organs of other humans. He's always lonely but wants no friendships after what he's done in his childhood. He also has good memories though; old friendships, no human organs in his stomach, that sort of thing... But he sees a beautiful young woman one day, she's almost... familiar. He wants to kill her. Bradley then gets a mysterious present. It was a creepy looking Jack in the box. Bradley then plays it but the song Pop goes the Weasel is out of tune and where the clown is supposed to pop out, there was nothing. He goes to Pippa and asks about her eyes. She then tells him about the monster, Laughing Jack. She tells Bradley opening the Jack in the box was a big mistake as it unleashed him out of the box. The boy then realises that that's the reason he also can't sleep at night ever since getting the box. Pippa tells Bradley about a girl who experienced the same thing a year ago and was put into an asylum as no one believed her. Bradley and Pippa go to this asylum and question the girl about this evil clown and how she defeated him. Bradley's life then turns into survival as he goes up against the clown that laughs in the shadows. But little does he know who he's really going up against.
