One of the main reasons why Dipper moved there was because in his many trips there as a adolescence he and Pacifica started dating on and off until they got to about 16 then after that they never broke up once. Dipper knew that him and Wendy could never be he didn't mind that. In fact Wendy and Lee (shock horror) got together and now have a one year old baby girl named Phoebe (my friends name)
