Meet Naomi Alexander. A famous and beautiful actress who has it all together. Although she's living the dream life she has trouble trusting people do to her fame and money. While living in New York for five years and leaving her family back in California, she's became more mature and responsible of her actions unlike the young and wild, nerdy girl in high school who tagged along with her brother, Mike, all the time. But because of her talent everything's changed for Naomi. Even her relationships with old friends/family.

One day Naomi runs into her brothers best friend, Leo Riley, a cocky guy still stuck in his high school phase where he's used to playing girls and drinking every night. Leo and Naomi used to be childhood best friends until she had to move to New York for a music school. When The two run into each other, they decide to go to Mike's wedding together so they could have a chance to catch up. Everything seems fine until they end up lying to everyone including their families.

After an incident with the paparazzi, Naomi and Leo decide to fake a relationship for their own benefits. Not only are they lying to their loved ones but after 5 years of not talking when they used to be inseparable, things wouldn't be the same. Could this plan end up giving them solutions or more problems? Would the guilt eat them alive? Who would get in the way? And most importantly what would happen if one of them caught actual feelings?
