After years of hard work, Sarah has finally become a doctor at Arkham Asylum. It's all she ever wanted, a chance to help people.
When one of the doctors is injured, she acts as a replacement, becoming the temporary doctor to infamous patients like Harley Quinn and the Riddler.
But all the others pale in comparison to Jonathan Crane, who goes by the alias, Scarecrow.
He gets under her skin too easily, dragging her fears up to the light, making her doubt herself. How will she ever survive the Asylum?
