BOOK 1(Rise of the guardians fanfiction) When I was little, I was always scared of getting nightmares. My mom always told me 'don't worry, the friendly ghost will scare those nasty nightmares away.' Since then, I had always believed in the friendly ghost. See how this shy, mysterious girl no one has ever heard of earns her place as a guardian. Will she fall for Jack Frost? Will she be able to control her fear when Pitch Black returns? Will her frail, weak body survive Pitch's torments? The guardians have ultimate faith in her. But will she have faith in herself? Note: The Friendly Ghost belongs to me and all of the other characters belong to Dreamworks! :)

When the evil Pitch Black threatens the children of the world, (Y/N) and Jack are chosen as two new Guardians to defend them. The only problem is, nobody trusts (Y/N), and nobody takes Jack seriously. As a shadowy past threatens to overtake Cupid, she must confront the darker parts of herself or lose the person she cares most about in the world. Note: please don't read this one if you're under 16, 15 absolute minimum. It's not appropriate and it makes me very uncomfortable to see actual children in my comment section. Please respect that and come back when you've grown up a little, I'm not going anywhere and neither is this fic. Update: this is now on both AO3 (@hollybell51) and tumblr (@hollybell51) in a much more refined version, different tense and narrative voice and everything. It's a million times better in every single way, plot, characters, writing, literally everything. When a mysterious half-sister (So Pitch had more kids....? >.<) enters Thea's life, everything turns even more twisted than before.
