DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE MARK OF ATHENA! This is only one made-up scene from The (yet to come) House of Hades, so it will be very short. It takes place after the tragic end of The Mark of Athena of Percabeth's fall into the dark pit of Tartarus. Okay, this is very dark and sad... well at least when I imagined it (for some reason this idea decided to pop up at 5:15am and I actually started to tear up! (my imagination is very vivid) ). I don't think that this will really happen in The House of Hades but it's just an idea that came to mind. Enjoy :)

There were prophecies that defined the path to victory. Now the enemy has no limits, no safeties, no restraints. Or Mortals aren't as blind and powerless as the gods seem to think... This is a completed story in told alternating POVs with Percy, Nico, Jason, and Piper being the main focus. The first several chapters are a bit rough, but my writing improved as it progresses. I will edit the early chapters to better match the quality of the later chapters when I have some spare time. Percy is betrayed when Nick Waters, a son of Poseidon and Percy's half brother, comes to camp. Loyalties are tested and enemies are made. Sally abandons him to start a mortal family. Even with the friends he still has, Percy decides to leave the place he is unwanted. He is summoned on Olympus and accused of things he didn't do. Some believe him but most are just eager to get rid of him. But when will they learn, you can't get rid of Percy that easy. He is met with some gods and the creator himself, who gives him a chance to go back in time and relive his life but not as a son of Poseidon but a son of Chaos. What will Percy find in the new timeline? Friendship? Love? But one things for sure, he will definitely have his revenge on those who wronged and shun him. I own nothing except the OCS and plot.
