Hey I'm Amy Hall a normal 24 year old with a best friend, a dream job, and a love of shopping, but until she finally gets her dream job, her world is turned upside down. She finds out quickly about a plague causing people to turn into flesh-craving-brain dead-lunatics, or zombies. It happens after they get injected with this virus. it causes a high fever and turn them into walkers after their temperature hits 158°F. They meet Ryan who needs some help finding his brother, and Amy who was in the FBI who of course jumps at the chance to help him. But, will that choice get them killed? And even if they do find his brother who's to say that he'll still be breathing.

In the United States, a new disease has surfaced and has a fatality rate of 100%. There is no medicine which can cure this disease. The disease destroys the body from the inside, causing organs to burst, poisons bloodstreams, shuts down vital organs, causes the bones to crystallize and in severe cases, welcomes in the other diseases. The only way to fight such a disease is through the power of will. Only the will to survive can best the disease, causing it to slowly go away as the body fights back. As the victim wants to survive and fights the disease, the better chance they have. But, everyone who has caught the disease gives up hope, and dies a slow and brutal death. This disease is known as Stigma X, or STX. Meet Ashley Reynolds, an 18 year-old girl, who is a senior in high school. Ashley comes from a family who grants her nothing but misery, and hates her very existence.
