I do not own the story material or the characters (Obviously, since I am not, unfortunately, J.K. Rowling in disguise), and at times I quote dialogue directly from the books. From that, I crafted my own story of how I imagine the events of the life of Astoria Greengrass, the girl who would marry Draco Malfoy. Since we don't know much about her I will be taking liberties. I'm sorry if my interpretation of her is different than yours.
I will do my best to stay accurate to the books, so if there is any blaring inconsistances I would love to have them (kindly) pointed out.

My personal take on the second wizarding war, starting with the Half Blood Prince and ending of the Deathly Hallows. I own none of the characters or the original story, it all belongs to J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. (The only character that belongs to me is Evelyn Ashthorn and her family.) The Ashthorns were always very dark in their ways. Evelyn's father was a death eater and supporter of the Dark Lord. She grew up and was close friends with Draco Malfoy in their youth but had parted ways in their early years at Hogwarts. As Voldemort was growing stronger during their fifth year, Draco and Evelyn were now involved in something much darker. Forced into a betrothal with each other unwillingly to strengthen Voldemorts future cause and supports.
