"Did you hear that the Lancaster's are moving out today?" Taylor asked. 
"Yeah, it's kinda sad they were really nice and quiet. They weren't much trouble since they were old," I say. 
"Who knows who will move in, young kids, lame kids, no kids," Tay says. 
"I guess will find out later today." I say to my sister. 
Riley is a 14 year old girl who is in 8th grade. She is an amazing soccer player and is on the team. The school year just started 2 weeks ago. Suddenly the Lancaster's decide to move out and a really cute boy who is in her grade moves in. She wants to make a good impression on him. Maybe things will become more than just friends with the boy next door.
