This is the story of Venus Tang Shen Hamato. Being blind since birth Venus has been able to cross that bridge, but when she runs into Jake, and quiet literally, things get a little hectic.

"I just think you're scared." Jakes voice is harsh, he's close. 

"Of what? You? Never." I say gesturing towards his voice. 

"Not of me, but being with me." I feel Jake close in on me my back now pushed against the lockers. "Am I right?" I glare at the darkness.

"I may be blind, but I can see you." I pause feeling his eyes on me. "And I see someone who's too toxic for me to be with."
