When the evil Pitch Black threatens the children of the world, (Y/N) and Jack are chosen as two new Guardians to defend them. The only problem is, nobody trusts (Y/N), and nobody takes Jack seriously. As a shadowy past threatens to overtake Cupid, she must confront the darker parts of herself or lose the person she cares most about in the world. Note: please don't read this one if you're under 16, 15 absolute minimum. It's not appropriate and it makes me very uncomfortable to see actual children in my comment section. Please respect that and come back when you've grown up a little, I'm not going anywhere and neither is this fic. It's a million times better in every single way, plot, characters, writing, literally everything. Xavier Witts, a 18 year old boy hiding a nothing more than a couple lies... or so he says. Xavier never wanted to get attached to someone he could lose. He never to wanted to go through that again. But what happens when suddenly that person fights against his measures of protection? What happens when that person is willing to risk their life just to be with him? Xavier furrows his eyebrows in pain. A tear of his own falling down his face. "No," he says shaking his head. "No. You've never been a bother to me. You aren't weak. And you most certainly aren't worthless." I gasp to breathe, and he continues talking. "What you are is an amazing person who hasn't let all of this crazy bullshit affect her. You handled it like a champ. What you are is a strong, brave being that has stood by my side." I breathe as he leans closer. "What you are, is the love of my life...."

But the boy was taken aback. "You can see me?!" He asked, almost in disbelief. You raised an eyebrow, "..Yes?.. You're not exactly hiding very well if this is hide n' seek," you stated back at him. "She can see me.." he said to himself, almost in shock, and then his face broke into an endless smile, "She can see me!" The boy did a backflip, which you admitted was impressive because you can't even do a cartwheel, and he landed back on his bare feet. "Sorry to interrupt this.. reunion you're having with yourself but, am I not supposed to see you, or?..." You trail off, but he understood you perfectly, almost as if he's gotten this question before before. You still had your guard up. "Okay, so I'm not exactly.. Human.. or alive.. Well I'm here but I'm not alive because I'm a Winter spirit. I make winter!" He stated. You both stared at each other for a minute or two in complete silence. Then you blinked. Twice even. "Uh.. What? A winter spirit?" He nodded, "Oh, like Jack Frost?" He smirked, and almost started laughing as he crossed his arms, "Snowflake, I am Jack Frost," ~*~ Y/n has had a troubled past, starting with her family passing away and having no friends, she lives alone in her house as a 16 year old girl. But when Pitch Black is back, she and the Guardians have to find a way to defeat him (again).
