At the end of year 2096 a new war had started. After the last devastating world war nuclear weaponry had been banned for good. Countries around the world abandoned advanced weapons and turned to there people, they were going to make an army of flesh and blood.
In America millions of children turning 13 are to be evaluated, which will decide there fate. The weaklings are sent to the factory's, the capable are taken to the fraction camps, and the elites are groomed, trained to perfection in the sky isles. A group of floating islands somewhere Above America.
