She lost her memory of the night it happened, and everything before that. She can't remember anything. Her friends look like strangers. Her parents are unrecognizable. She doesn't know who, or what, she used to be.
Rose is sick. She has lost a hand to cancer and doesn't see much point in fighting the inevitable anymore. Her sickness just keeps coming back. Vanessa met her in the hospital, and is using her to help recreate her life.
Vanessa must find herself again, and struggle with a terrible past and uncertain future.
But does Vanessa really want to know who she used to be?
And is her friendship with Rose evolving into something more?
