Spencer has lived in apartment 1306 ever since she could remember, but one thing she never remembered was seeing anyone come in or out of apartment 1302. After turning 15 she finally gets the courage to try and find out what's on the other side of the door of apartment 1302. She is confronted with a stalker only to find out the people who live in apartment 1302 are people she is better off not meeting, or challenging. And the stalker might be a part of the secret family of people living in apartment 1302.
