After the humans had annihilated the ancient and flourishing city of Atlantis, their once great cities fell into a turbulent despondency. For many years humans fought among themselves in a myriad of wars for power and wealth. Unbeknownst to the humans, Atlanteans had used their magic and connection with the sea to sever the very land around their city before it was completely destroyed and sink it to the ocean floor.
Now, Atlanteans have emerged from their seafloor home. But will they scorn the people their ancestors once betrayed by? Or will they benevolently help human kind once again?
When a human girl and an Atlantean boy meet... what will fate hold for them?

Ocean Master was disgusted by his own son's actions and as for punishment against all of Atlantis he opened a portal for which there is no return and his son excepted his banishment and didn't want anything to do with his home or his own father anymore because he hated what his father has become and his own people. The prince soon landed in a brand new world where he meets a special person who can control the four elements but is having a hard time recovering and it is up the formal prince of Atlantis to help her get better in which the girl found the Atlantean to be quite amazing and charming in which he shared his history with her and she did the same in which drove them to become something great.

Before Lucia tries to get out of the water, she was suddenly transformed into a mermaid by the two white witches. There are two ways to break the spell before her time is up by the next month. If Lucia gets a kiss by the merman, she'll be a mermaid for all eternity. If the princess gets a kiss from the prince on land, she will be human again. If not, she will be lost in the world of water.
