Mcgonagall the current headmaster of hogwarts has asked  Albus severus potter to find a witch who never got her hogwarts letter and has missed first year. No letters that have been sent to her were ever received by her. So when Sammy walks into boarders only a week before 7th grade starts (or in the case of hogwarts 2nd year) and spots a mysterious boy she is suddenly whisked off to the wizard world where she will not only find out why she is so different but will also find out who it is that has been preventing hogwarts letters from being sent out and why they are doing it.
