Instead of Mickey and Ian, meet "Ricki Milkovich" and "Eden Gallagher": the Gallavich couple of the Shameless alternate universe 

Eden: the third oldest sister out of 6 siblings. She is one of the sweetest kids someone could meet. Eden is also a closeted gay, but keeps this a secret from her family. Aside from struggling with embracing who she is, Eden hopes to find something in her life that she never knew she would need. Someone who she can look at as her person at the end of her prism. She wants, and needs, a person who can shake her into reality, but at the same time, remind her that life is way too damn short. 

Ricki: the toughest girl on the South Side of Chicago who would knock anyone’s teeth out if they tried to mess with her. She doesn’t attend much classes in school, and wastes her time selling or doing drugs with her brothers. She is rude and crude, so it is always difficult for her to find an actual job. It also hard for Ricki to grasp onto any kind of special relationship with a person. She secretly yearns to have a better life where there is actually a purpose to waking up in the morning.

When these two meet, they will flip the bird at life and whatever bullshit it wants to spit right in their faces because they will certainly attempt to dodge it all. Together they realize that if they are going through hell, they might as well keep on going. And they carry on. They do it side by side, and of course… shamelessly. Proving, also, that love is a reckless matter. Whether it’s burning your insides, or joyfully replenishing your soul, you will never be able to tell.
