Being bullied, that's not a great feat or feeling. But being called a criminal 24x7 just because your childhood friend was one, is an even worse feeling. Harassed and tormented for 2 years, Elena wanted nothing more but a peaceful senior year. It wasn't too much to ask.
But, do we ever get what we want?
Nick Carlson, the famed murderer and Elena's childhood friend, was back in town, and all he wanted was for Elena to be back in his life, to get back to being the same old besties that they used to be, always there for each other.
