Karmen Stuart has always had things so figured out. She never fell behind at work and always kept herself in check. Her boss, Dawson Michaels, is about to change the up tight, never fail attitude she has. When Dawson's relationship with his girlfriend, Lina, ends badly, he takes an interest in the spitfire girl that works for him.
