The Elementals: The Water Chronicles

Jessie was raised just like any other girl. Except for the fact that her family was rich. She had a large beach house, ate only the most expensive foods, and only wore designer clothes. However, Jessie has a secret. Her real parents died in a flood when she was a baby. After falling into the pool one day, she discovers that she is part of a dying race. With her new found powers over water, Jessie must find a way to hide her powers, and discover if she is the only one left.

Life just got a whole lot harder.
After all, she is an elemental.
