"Pride comes before the fall" - Diana Paradizo The moment Diana's mother told her about a "surprise graduation trip", she was ecstatic about the news. She could't wait for the trip to come. After all, the idea of leaving her uneventful hometown to venture the streets of the exciting city of Miami gave her goosebumps at the mere thought of it. Of course, all those feelings of joy vanished once she set foot at the airport and laid her eyes on the son of her mother's best friend. It was the person she despised the most, a guy that goes by the name of Drew Thompson. She quickly thought of the trip as long and dull. The vacation took an unexpected twist when, after a series of misfortunate events, they boarded the wrong airplane. But even Diana, who was the salutatorian of her class, couldn't predict the things that were going to unfold on this surpise vacation.

Joelinton

Joe felt jitters. The flight was long and tiring. She tried to calm herself. For over nine hours she kept telling herself there was no reason to be so nervous. The plane finally landed. She was in London. She should have been excited. She had always dreamt of traveling around the world. "Hey Daph, I can't see you." "Here. Look over here." She heard someone shouting. She turned towards the direction of her sisters shouting, beaming when she saw Daphne. London looked good on her. She ran towards Daphne, leaving her suitcase unattended. Daphne picked her up, hugging her tightly. "Oh my God! I've missed you so much. You look so pretty." Joe blushed. She'd been getting that a lot. "My bags." Joe said, turning back to where she'd left them. Her breath seized when she saw him standing beside her bags. As if it was nothing, he picked them up, walking towards them. She didn't know he was gonna be there. As if glued to the ground, Joe stood, unable to move, her eyes watching him, her breathing fast and raspy. She lightly hit her chest where her heart was, taking deep breaths "Joe, you remember Harry." Of course she did. He looked so much older, more mature, more handsome. She'd visualized this moment so many times in her head. Her imagination didn't come close to this reality. His smell filled her nose, bewitching her. She could recognize this smell anywhere. 'Calm yourself, Joe.' She said in her mind. "Long time no see, Joelinton."
