"Okay now, let's have our breakfast." I said and everyone sat down on their seats. "Lord, thank you for this day You have given us. For another gift of life. For these food we're about to eat. For these beautiful ladies with me today. May You bless these food, O God, that it may give us strength. Strength we need to overcome today's stress in school, in the house, and in the hospital. Take good care of us all, in Jesus name. Amen" It's our daily routine. To do everything together, as much as possible. What more to ask? I'm satisfied with my life, with what I achieved and what I have. That's why I never missed a single day not giving thanks to the Lord for His blessings. I am Joshua Figueroa, and this is my story.

In everything we face, every predicament that comes our way, there is always two ways of looking at it. Circumstances come for a reason. There are meant to make us grow, to make us become better and blossom into more. They don't come so that we shrink to less but so that we become more splendid. To be more extraordinary. To use every moment to fill yourself up.We are not helpless as God's people, neither are we vulnerable to the wiles of the enemy. It's the reason we can count it all joy when we go through diverse tests: we have what it takes to go through the fire and not be burnt, and go through the waters and not drown.
