Azalea Holmes is a typical girl living in District 13 with her family, until disaster strikes. The riots are growing louder each day and panic is widespread throughout all the districts. They want equality among everyone, but the capitol will have nothing of it. Somehow she gets stuck in the middle of it all becoming a poster child for everything that the rebels need because of one small felony with a great punishment. Soon her world is spiraling out of control and she must help lead the rebellion and restore peace and equality to all Districts like before.
