Zandra's a vampire slayer with an unusual heritage, she's half fae & half vampire. She travels with several companions, including an Earth fae, an elf & his half human sister, & a human genius, who help her find & destroy evil beings.
Blake was turned into vampire when his family was viciously murdered by a vampire, & he swore from that night to destroy all vampires. He managed to save & raise his little sister with some help from two friends, a water sprite & human ex-soldier.
Both slayers are being manipulated by a master vampire to destroy each other. Will they give in to his puppet games or find a romance they never considered in their lives?

I would love to hear feedback about the story itself, especially some ideas to help the story move along (I've had about 4 years of writer's block). She/her reader. You are a young journalist from Zaun, working for The Piltover Globe. You witnessed the explosion of Jayce's lab from your friend's apartment. Your redaction board asks you to investigate on the matter, while the Academy tries to hide as much info as possible. But in a way or another, you meet Viktor, and a few things you did not even expect start to unravel. TW anxiety (mild but still)/death/mourning The "Fringes" idea is not mine, it comes from @Berserkitty and their wonderful fanfic "Undercity Development Section" (I'm sure you read it, if you haven't please do, it's fantastic). I imagine Y/N to be around 24/25, same age as Viktor in season 1 but that's purely personal projection, feel free to change that in your head ! Usual thing: English is not my first language and I tried to make the story as accessible as possible. Please, pleaaase tell me if I made any typos, if some sentences do not feel right or anything, I want to make the smoothest experience as possible for you readers. I will be updating the story regularly (at least I'll try, I have a competitive exam next February so...). I haven't found a title yet, if any comes up into your mind please suggest it :) Also, I decided every chapter should be named after a piece of literary work I like, each reference is at the end of the chapter ! He walks forward, pressing the blade into his throat. His skin is taunt against the serrated edge, and blood beads around it until it drips down his neck in a crimson trail. My eyes widened, wanting it. He is looking at me with those dangerous, glinting green eyes, daring me. "Kill me, then. If you feel nothing, you can kill me. Then you can leave.The choice is up to you. It always has been," He whispers. His words leave me as cold as the blade at his throat. My heart is subjected to this stabbing pain, like I'd turned the knife on myself, and I would rather it be like that. "But if you don't," he whispers," you are mine and all mine. These are my options. Kill him, or agree to be his. I make my own choice. I can not take my freedom away. I can not be the mate he wants, but I can not kill him. With a deep breath, I turn the knife on myself. This story is complete, though incomplete. For elaboration, I have completed it how I wanted it, in the sense of me working and chipping away at it to get it printed off for my father to read, seeing as he wanted to read, edit, and attempt to get it published (He had called a publishing company the other day about it). Incomplete in the sense that I don't have all the scenes I really want now more than I did when I was in the process of writing it. For example, in the previous chapter one, there was a small scene that had Aaren, Travis, Loyd, Scott, Gabe, and Xander fighting in Lord Sylvie's house. I had changed it so that they moved outside, seeing as I imagined Sylvie's house as a small, quaint house, so it would only make sense that they all fought OUTSIDE instead of INSIDE. Also incomplete in the sense that I strongly dislike the way I wrote it. I've gotten some 'inspiration' from my dad about (spoiler) killing her in the end, so I came back to change it before we went into really editing the pages (grammar, spelling, etc). That's all I really wanted to communicate with you guys, so if you remember something specific about the previous book, I changed it because I disliked how it wrote it.
