Violet Hill is one of the most infamous criminals in the nation's new capital of Philadelphia. Targeting groups that rose to power after a puppet government was put in place following a brutal world war, she has earned herself a top spot on the country's most wanted list.
But all good things come to an end.
After a routine heist doesn't go according to plan, Violet is at last arrested and taken into custody. According to the new law, she is given a choice. Either she can serve a life sentence in a maximum security prison, or she can be granted full pardon if she enlists in the national military.
But because Violet wreaked so much havoc during her crime sprees, her optional enlistment period has strings attached: the duration would be twice as long as the traditional criminal period, and she would be assigned only to an experimental special forces group.
Will Violet be able to handle the regime? Or will she go rogue and act on her own agenda?
