When Captain America finds out he has a daughter he never knew about he's baffled. On top of that, Loki is holding her prisoner. Cap is thoroughly pissed. Clint gets the assignment to make friends with his daughter once they save her which he accepts immediately. Can they save her before Loki gains control, or will he use her against them in his war? On top of all that, she'll have to learn how to control her strength as she grows, but can she?

Sam is a HYDRA experiment with the training of black widow, super soldier serum of Captain America, and the already genetic material for transformation into their own version of the hulk. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material.
