Maya, will be tempted to do the one think that she swore she wouldn't do. Lilith will have to decide if her life will kill the others. Orlando will have to fight for the girl he loves or decide to give her what she says she wants, to be left alone, while Adrian will be put to tests of his own with his love, life and patients.
