"I mean seriously, Matt, you can smell when I walk into a room, hear my heart every time I lie! For fucks sake, you can taste blood in the fucking air! But you can't tell when someone loves you?!" "Tell me doctor, is this the feeling of a lying mans heart?" He whispers, his lips grazing my ear. I take in a deep breath and close my eyes about to respond. "You know your heart rate changes when you're about to say something, right?" He jokes with a knowing grin on his face. I bite my lip, hiding my smile before I press my lips onto his. "Now you're just showing off." Matt Murdock, lawyer during the day with his best friend Foggy, but vigilante by night finds himself in a young woman's apartment, all bandaged up and cared for. He slowly starts to tell her everything about himself and he can't help but not feel something for the woman he can't even see.
