Sixteen-year-old Taylor Masters has picked it…her date for death.

Feeling alone in her small town of Cedar Creek, she knows that there’s nothing here for her. She’s got a dead-beat mom, her best friend just moved away, she’s failing art class, and she has zero luck with the boys. Not to mention that he only other friend in the world, a stray dog named Zack has mysteriously disappeared. It’s clear to Taylor that things aren’t getting better. They are getting worse. And there’s only one way out as far as she can tell.

A humorously dark tale, The Date for Death explores depression, life, and all of the good that can come from being alive (and staying that way).
