Five kids have been kidnapped from their parents when they were 5, and since then they have lived in cages, been experimented on, and they were fed so little they were practically starving. Isabelle (the girl pictured in the title) is the leader of the group, she has faced the worse of them all, she was given bird wings, super sensory, was EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE, she was telekinetic, and she could turn ghostly (meaning transparent and mostly invisible). Her friend Adeline was a human/badger hybrid, Adeline could chew through anything without a problem. Isabelle's sister Crystal got a human/tiger mix. She was strong, fast, and had enhanced senses, unfortunately, she also had a tail and claws, on top of that she lost all sanity in fights, therefore making her very dangerous. Cierra got a human/husky mix, she could track any trail, had enhanced smell, and she could turn invisible. Finally there was Xavier, he kept the group together, he was funny and helped others. Xavier was a human/fox hybrid he could sense and change magnetic fields, and knew if something was coming and exactly where it was.

"It's okay little one," he said as came closer to me. I felt so tiny in his presence, especially in wolf form. He knelt down and tried to move closer but I whimpered and backed up more into the tree. He sighed again before trying again and I tired to put all my fears away as he once again reached out his hand. I put my head down, hoping that if I couldn't see him, I wouldn't be scared. As I felt his hand on my back and felt tingles explode, I jumped but then relaxed as I got used to it. A different type of species that was unwanted by the humans so they hid the hybrids away. There were many different types of hybrids. There were Neko, also known as cat people, or people with cat-like features, Werewolves, people with wolf-like features. Ghouls, or creatures of the night. There were also those stereotypical hybrids, such as vampires, zombie-like people, mermaid creatures-- the school's least favourite because of their background story-- and more. People didn't like these hybrids because they're different and that makes people fear them. "I'm not like them, you see, I accept everyone as they are, because, well.. I'm one of them!
