When Bucky fell into the ravine, Steve thought he had lost him a second time. When he is brought back from being frozen, he despairs that he wasn't able to join his bestfriend/crush. But when the Winter Soldier shows up and it's Bucky, Steve feels that he can help Bucky get his memories back and take down the remaining Hydra bases.
Warnings: Does have death, violence and yaoi in future chapters. Will not follow the Marvel Universe the further in it gets.

Set after Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Bucky is lost, without a purpose and brainwashed within an inch of his life. S.H.I.E.L.D and Hydra have both fallen and without anyone to stop him, Bucky intends to find out who he is - or who he was - before Hydra took away every last inch of him. Steve is left recovering from the catastrophe, but knows that Bucky is still out there, and that Bucky needs his help.
