When her father's job brings Kimberly Roman to Beacon Hills, California, she is thrilled. Having heard great reviews of the lacrosse team at Beacon Hills High School, she is more than ready to see for herself how good this team actually is. However, she soon learns that BHHS is not all about the sports, but rather the rivalries and supernatural activities going on right beneath her nose.
The two people she confusingly begins to develop feelings for, she discovers, are none other than the two rivals of Devenport Prep and the Cyclones of Beacon Hills--Brett Talbot and Liam Dunbar. Can Kimberly really side with both boys with all of the hatred running in between them? And furthermore, what will happen when she figures out that the two are werewolves, just like herself?
