19th century Australia
High society girl Rebecca gets shipped off by her wealthy family in London to the new continent where she's to marry the son of a rich landlord.
Servant boy Jonathan works in the outback of Sydney to provide for himself and his only living relative, his drunken father.
At the same time the living conditions in the colony are getting worse and the people take out all of their anger towards the rich British. This story is about love, heartbreak, making decisions and finding yourself.
