It all started with a prophecy. When Dakota first heard of the prophecy, she thought it was a crock of shit. Regardless, her and her friends were thrust into a race to find six people who like Dakota are half-elves, before The Elders, the rulers of the world Dakota and the other elves came from, capture them. Being just a group of teenagers, this won't be easy, especially if you throw in crazy elves, super powers, betrayal, sacrifice, and the worst of them all, love. Can these group of kids accomplish what they set out to do? Or will Dakota let her self-doubt destroy her, and by proxy, the human race?

"Elves, sex and magic- what a fun little jaunty quest!!" An elven, slow-burn romance that spans across lifetimes and kingdoms. Yoru wanted a peaceful life, not a life filled with intrigue and murder. Born in Lumera, he was the only Lunarin to live amongst the elves. They stared, mocked and even persecuted him because of how he looked. It was something he was very much used to, that was until he was invited to watch The King's Games in the big city. There he meets Firs, a man with a knack for getting into trouble. After being framed for a murder he did not commit, Yoru can do nothing but rely on the very demon who framed him. When he comes across Samrin Ashen, a highborn elf, a desire born of flame and fire builds up between them. Memories of past lives draw them together and soon Yoru realises that his quest to clear his name is such a small piece of the puzzle. Will Yoru be able to work out his true past? Will he ever manage to thaw the ice around Samrin's heart? And most importantly, will he ever be able to return home to his family? Romance, found-family and quests! TW: Sex, violence and angst. Rewrite.
