Drew Donovan and Victoria Arnold were absolutely, and positively head over heels for each other. Neighbors and bestfriends since before they can remember, they've never left each other's sides. Victoria was sure he was the one. Excited to start highschool together, neither of them could wait. Until one day before school was yet to start, during the anniversary of his father's passing, Drew leaves town without warning and doesnt respond to either his phone calls or text messages. Where the hell was he? Why did he leave? When was he coming back? Questions Victoria has partially answered when, a full year later, Drew randomely shows up on the last day of freshman year. Holding Victoria at an icy distance and not even acknowledging her presence shows that something has happened. What had happened to Drew during that year when even his own family didn't know where he was? Stubborn and persistent, Victoria won't give up until she figures out.
