"How long do I have?" The words echoed in Ryan's mind, that which was corrupting him seemed to enjoy haunting his thoughts as well.
"So weak!" A growling voice whispered in the darkness, flames swirling around his being, body temperature rising as he battled with the foe inside his own mind.
"Your body, your mind, my vessel, for I will be free again" the voice broke into a screech, blaring through Ryan's brain, the ear splitting noise waking him from the disturbed slumber. This dream, this devil in thoughts form, spilled out into his reality, it was too real to be called just a dream!

In a fantasy world, the kingdom of Darvore kept the races of man safe, united under one alliance, man was strong enough to keep out the forces of evil. But from within this began to rot and anarchy and corruption plagued the kingdom. After anarchy in their home town, five friends set out to save their friend from the terminal clutches of a cursed sword, but will they be able to reverse the curse before it becomes too late?

He transformed into a monster. He had scales on the sides of his body. His face was almost human but the monster part took over more. He had claws and a long dragons tail. I got scared. "Please don't eat me!" I backed up against the wall. He got closer to me. I was so scared. "Please!" I had tears running down my cheeks. He took my arms and pinned me up against the wall. His tongue was like a snakes tongue. He licked my neck. I was crying. He hissed in my ear before he talked. "I'll make a deal with you little human. I will let you live. IF. You belong only to me. I will come visit you every night and leave before the sun rises." I stared at him. Belong only to him? I wouldn't have a boyfriend. Would he make me do things I didn't want to do? Would he get mad one day and eat me? But I couldn't think about that right now. It was either this or die. I sighed so I could speak clearly. "Yes." One night, a creature snuck into Sammy's bedroom. Instead of choosing to eat her, he offers her a once in a lifetime opportunity. Sammy's life has been going downhill since her father's passing. So her agreeing to belong to this creature was just the tip of the iceberg. Soon she becomes involved in a world she never knew existed. An enemy is lurking in the darkness, shadowing themselves with other villainous characters the five meet along their way. #3 in Ringmaster on March 27, 2019 Prolouge The conversion is quick, the history of experiments bleeding out in front of everyone. I watch as it begins to flow through him, and he shakes, his hand that's holding his gun, unsteady, and I clumsily trip over my feet in an attempt to take back away from him. I regain my balance and take a unsure but steady step towards him and put a hand on his arm, trying to gain his attention, but it's no use. I'm close enough that i see the monster wake itself from its slumber inside of Ryan. His eyes stare at me, blankly and i watch as they transition from his blue eyes to the golden eyes of a cat. I watch as his pale blonde hair begins to grow black from his head, as if someone had spilled ink on him, and it was seeping through his hair slowly. The wound he'd had heals itself, the skin repairing itself from the inside out and the bullet is pushed out and falls to the sand without a sound. "R-Ryan?" I ask him, and as if my voice had awoken him, his eyes grow aware and his eyes narrow on mine, the hand holding his gun steadying. I see the predator that has awoken in him and I struggle to keep myself composed. "Ryan, I know you're in there... Come back. I- You and I are okay. Please just... Fight it off." I whisper, so that the crowd can't hear. So that they don't alarm the monster before them... So they don't throw away their chance of getting out of this alive. "Fight it off?" Ryan asks with an uncertainty rarely found in his voice. "Yes, fight it off. I know you can do it. If you don't. All these men will get hurt." I say trying to reason with him. Trying to help him see clarity. Then, he smiles, a large grin and it seems sinister from him and he peers at me through his hair that has fallen on his face. "Did one of these men shoot me?" He asks and I am caught off guard. "Yes..." I answer him, biting my tongue before i can say more. Ryan merely looks at me and grins... Before he turns, raises his gun arm and fires.Lengkap

Feel free to click off if any of these make you uncomfortable. ~•~ Something about it was so mysterious about this cave, and I wanted to know more. I entered the cave and saw a red crystal sealed in ice. "Woah." I whispered. The crystal glowed and the ice shattered. I jumped back and fell to the ground, watching as the ice broke completely. My eyes widened and I looked at my hands. "Did I do that?" I asked, but before I could answer, I heard a guard shout for backup as they had heard the ice shattering. I quickly jumped up and stashed the crystal in my pocket before leaving. I crept to the cave the following day, putting the crystal back into the remains of the ice pillar. As I walked away, the crystal fell, causing it to break into a million pieces. I jumped at the sudden noise and stumbled backwards, my eyes widening as a black smog formed around the crystal. "No, no, no, no! Frick." I desperately tried to grab the remains of the crystal, causing one to cut my hand. "Ow! Shit." I whispered, looking at my bleeding hand. "Tch, tch, tch, poor child." A demonic voice said. I looked up and saw that the black smog had two red eyes and a wide, sick smile that was dripping with venom. "I- who are you?" I asked, backing up. "The one who can help you out of here." It said, stretching out a hand. I looked it up and down and before I could answer, its hand plunged into my heart, causing me to scream out in pain. "Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind.
