17 year old Erin Carter has a rough past that she shares with her 2 sisters (Peyton,23, Devin, 20), fraternal twin sister (Cris), her mom ,who is a professional fashion designer, (Wesley Downs) and her step father who is the mayor of their city (George). Erin's dad left when she was very little and 11 years later she lost her oldest sister (Dallas) and her grandmother. Her enemies/bullies, Brooklyn and Jessica, didn't make her situation any better. Erin's past has completely changed her attitude, personality, and demeanor. She's like a totally different person. When she goes to college for the first time and meets bad boy, Jesse Shaw, they start a liking towards one another but there is constantly friction in the friendship/relationship because they're so alike.
