Berk is about to enter a whole year of winter. Avalanches are going on but never seem to reach berk. Well except one. Straight into Hiccup's room. But no damage was done. Within the little snow in Hiccup's room, came a little egg confused for ice. A dragon egg to be more specific. When hatched, little frost immediately becomes attached to Hiccup and is always around him. When frost becomes known all around the archipello, a certain Dagur wants to take frost and take over what ever he wants. Hiccup and friends do what they can to protect frost and learn some interesting things about her on the way.

In the morning Elsa realized she made a huge mistake and finds out that there is also another mistake on the way. Elsa makes the decision to run away from Berk and move back to Arrandelle alone. After five years Elsa comes back, but not alone. She comes back with a young boy.
