The Void

A Royal Guard finds himself amidst a rivalry that extends beyond our perception of time and space. After several long centuries of peace and unity, truth breaks free in what could be seen as a few brief moments expanding throughout many decades bringing about instantaneous change to Man and his future. Mankind has mastered space travel, he has found cures to many diseases and even put an end to death(relatively); however, Man has not been able to take out human nature from himself. Thus, conflict, pain, tears, sorrow, greed, and guilt begin to grasp the cosmos with their tenacious grip once again. Will he overcome this darkening shadow? Will he accept his fate? Will humanity repeat itself? The hope of mankind rest in the hands of but a few and some unlikely heroes.
