A young officer and his partner are called out on a job to a mental hospital to investigate a mysterious urgent alert which was triggered by the hospitals alarm system. They show up to the secluded hospital to find it sacked and suddenly abandoned with all the patients set loose, when back up fails to arrive they decide to investigate the hospital alone.
