In retaliation his mother, the Head of the Eternal Order, decides to declare war on Styxx and Ryder. As the war goes on, Styxx and Ryder find that they've fallen in love with one another. As soon as she gets word of this, Helena Sullivan decides that her son's death is the only way this war will ever end. Will Styxx and Ryder get through a messy war alive? Or will Styxx lose the love he's been waiting four hundred years for?
