When they were going camping the main character Dallas ( who is a girl ) fell in love with a boy she met swimming in the deep end ! Turns out it was her best friends cousin who was the same age as them ! His name is Ethan and after they met the rest was a whirling wind !!!

For multiple months, the main character has been hiding themselves from this boy, Tal, because they've been scared of what Tal may think of them. After a while of waiting and hiding, Tal finally notices the main character and automatically falls in love with them; they had love at first sight. Slowly this major change affected the main character, their everyday life, and experiences they haven't had before. Their friends leave them and the main character is left with Tal and a few of his friends.
